What is stress?

If any person has a constant physical illness, then he can be a patient of stress. If someone has heart disease, cancer or any such disease, then the person becomes a victim of stress due to his illness.
Depression can happen to anyone at any time, but there are some people who are prone to stress quickly. It depends on their life how their old life has gone.
Alcoholic people who consume too much alcohol become victims of stress. Thoughts of suicide come in them.

Have a healthy diet. A person with stress should consume fresh fruits and green vegetables. Due to this, there will be no shortage of vitamins, proteins, and iron in his body and there will be a reduction in stress.

Stay away from alcohol because alcohol does not reduce stress but makes it more. A person with stress should stay away from alcohol.
4. Get plenty of sleep

5. Meditation and Yoga

Being under stress makes a person want to eat sweets. A person with stress should consume sweet and some green vegetables or juicy fruits, which reduces his stress and it is also beneficial for his body.

Stress is not harmful in every situation and it is also true that everyone wants to be stress-free. It is neither natural nor possible to be completely stress-free because in such a situation the person will become inactive, but there are some stresses from which staying away can prove to be very beneficial for the person. Some such techniques or methods or in simple words ways by which stress can be avoided or if there is tension then it can be reduced
The person with stress should be treated through talks or through his friend and psychologist etc. Stress can be removed. People should not make fun of their friends, relatives, or the person suffering from stress, but help them.
We must keep in mind that there are many people in the world who suffer from stress. We should help them as it can become a deadly disease. If attention is not paid on time, then a dangerous disease like stress can happen to any person at any time.
We should be careful and avoid excessive stress.
